AM64x SoC 的 SoC 核心電壓 (VDD_CORE) 設(shè)為 0.75V。將 SoC 陣列核心電壓 (VDDR_CORE) 和其他陣列核心電壓(VDDA_0P85_SERDES0_C、VDDA_0P85_SERDES0、VDDA_0P85_USB0、VDD_DLL_MMC0 和 VDD_MMC0)配置為 0.85V,通過通用電源軌供電。
SoC 具有不同的 IO 組。每個(gè) IO 組由特定電源供電,如表 4-6 所示。
