10.3 200-V Unsuppressed Load Dump Protection Application
Independent gate drive topology of LM74800-Q1 enables to configure the LM74800-Q1 in to provide unsuppressed load dump or surge protection along with reverse battery protection. LM74800-Q1 configured in common-source topology to provide 200-V unsuppressed load dump protection with reverse battery protection is Figure 10-25.
