ISO742x 可提供符合 UL 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的長(zhǎng)達(dá) 1 分鐘且高達(dá) 2500VRMS 的電流隔離,以及符合 VDE 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的 4242VPK 隔離。這些器件有 2 個(gè)隔離通道。每個(gè)通道有一個(gè)邏輯輸入和輸出緩沖器,這兩個(gè)器件由一個(gè)硅二極管(SiO2) 絕緣隔柵進(jìn)行分離。通過(guò)與隔離電源一起使用,這些器件可防止數(shù)據(jù)總線或者其它電路上的噪音電流進(jìn)入本地接地并干擾或者損壞敏感電路。ISO7420 的兩個(gè)通道方向相同,而 ISO7421 的兩個(gè)通道方向相反。如果出現(xiàn)輸入功率或信號(hào)損失,則后綴為“F”的器件默認(rèn)輸出“低”電平,后綴沒(méi)有“F”的器件則默認(rèn)輸出“高”電平。ISO742x 未集成噪聲濾波器,因而傳播延遲相對(duì)短暫。
這些器件具有晶體管晶體管邏輯電路 (TTL) 輸入閾值,工作電壓范圍為 3V 到 5.5V。當(dāng)由一個(gè) 3.3V 電源供電時(shí),所有輸入均為 5V 耐壓。
