3 說明

ISO734x 系列器件可提供符合 UL 1577 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的長達(dá) 1 分鐘且高達(dá) 3000 V_RMS 的電隔離，以及符合 VDE V 0884-10 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的 4242 V_PK 隔離。這些器件具有四個隔離通道，后者由邏輯輸入和輸出緩沖器組成，并由二氧化硅 (SiO₂) 絕緣隔柵進(jìn)行隔離。
